Designate is a next-generation coworking hub crafted for designers of all fields—architecture, digital media, fashion, and more. Rooted in the idea that space shapes creativity, this hub offers immersive environments curated by varying levels of concentration. Through biophilic integration, sensory elements, and fluid spatial design, Designate fosters both productivity and inspiration—helping creators flow between ideation, collaboration, and focused execution.
This exquisite coworking hub is located within the Centum SkyBiz building in Haeundae, Busan, a district renowned for combining cutting-edge design, international culture, and artistic energy. Situated next to the sprawling Centum City complex—which features the world’s largest department store, the Busan Cinema Center, and BEXCO convention center—this creative mecca supports art, innovation, and design at every scale.
The project renovates a previously quiet office into a vibrant, dynamic hub—strategically situated in a thriving creative neighborhood to unlock its fullest potential.
